Valentine’s Day

With our Cloud Bar, fireplace and comfy lounge, we are the perfect choice for Valentine’s Day.  Join us for dinner on Saturday, 2/14, and explore Modern American Cuisine touched by the rich culinary heritage of Scandinavia to celebrate your loved one.  Dinner includes three courses with complimentary champagne toast, amuse bouche, and intermezzo.  Enjoy a romantic meal before you toast the town with your loved one!

Cost: $75/person with optional wine/beer/cocktail pairings for an additional $25/person, excluding tax & gratuity.

We’ll also feature a supplemental menu with the freshest oysters, the ripest cheeses, and the finest caviar.

Our bar and cozy lounge will be open for wine, beer, and cocktails on a first-come basis if you would like to join us for drinks.  The Prix Fixe Dinner Menu will be available at the bar as well.

YOUR custom private event at Trillium!

Trillium is the perfect location for any professional or social gathering.  Our private dining area can be arranged to accommodate up to 35 guests for seated events and up to 100 for standing events. This encompasses a generous portion of the restaurant and features an attached lounge area with direct views of our open kitchen.  The private dining space and the lounge are available to reserve together and separately.  Full restaurant buyouts are also available for parties larger than 36.


For an outstanding dining experience, your group can reserve the entire restaurant.  This option is available for parties up to 100 seated and 150 for standing events.  Buyouts include the use of the entire restaurant for a full evening, a custom culinary selection, custom beverage selection and a full support staff ready to service your event.

We can adjust the furniture according to your party requirements (a fee may apply).  For parties over 8, a dining contract and credit card (valid on the day of the event) is required to hold the event.  For any buyout event, a buyout contract and credit card (valid on the day of the event) is required to hold your reserved date.
